Job Title: Communications Coordinator

This role provides critical support to the U.S. Communications team, enabling growth and driving reputation through effective communications. The successful candidate will be an active participant and contributor to the team's work, collaborating with divisions and across the U.S. to share stories across channels (PESO) about the organization's work towards its Vision of Health for all, Hunger for none.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communications research and writing strategies to support business goals
  • Provide project and event support, including content creation and publication
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement communications plans
  • Analyze research and data to inform content development and performance indicators
  • Support the development of new tools and approaches or improvements to existing ones
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to think creatively and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing deadlines, and be proactive
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and experience with social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content design tools, social media management platforms, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools and digital commerce platforms
