Job Summary

Bayer Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of brand strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and brand management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing brand plans that meet or exceed financial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute brand plans and ensure successful launch and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyze market research and consumer insights to inform brand strategies and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of brand strategies and marketing plans
  • Monitor and report on brand performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand plans that meet or exceed financial and business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
