We are currently seeking a Financial Services Representative to enhance our customer engagement at our Winter Park Branch. In this role, you will manage both teller and cash vault operations with precision and efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of banking products and services.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service across various digital and physical platforms, including online chat, video calls, and phone interactions. Comfort with technology and strong communication skills are essential to effectively assist customers and address their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products and services provided by Climate First Bank.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations through attentive service.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while adhering to customer identification and compliance protocols.
  • Actively engage with clients to identify their needs and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Promote banking products while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
  • Assist with vault operations as needed.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings to enhance team collaboration.
  • Minimize exceptions during account openings and audits.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure branch security and compliance with emergency procedures.
  • Embrace and embody Climate First Bank's Core Values in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate initiative in pursuing education related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services role is preferred.
  • Experience with cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking regulations, and compliance is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of a computer, including typing and monitoring screens.
  • Occasional lifting of office materials or equipment up to 20 lbs.
