We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Services Representative to join our team at Insight Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various channels, including video banking, phone, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Deliver exceptional member service by responding to member requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all member needs are met and exceeded.
- Loan Processing: Assist members with establishing new memberships and shares, processing consumer loan applications, and providing timely feedback on loan decisions.
- Financial Solutions: Identify and recommend financial solutions to members, including loan products, deposit accounts, and investment opportunities, to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with members, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery and to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Education: High school education or equivalent required.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a virtual environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic mathematical skills.
This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee is required to work in a sedentary role with occasional filing and lifting of files.
