Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication platforms.
  • Provide precise information and support to customers regarding products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters.
  • Manage overdue collections, including reaching out to customers with outstanding payments and negotiating payment plans.
  • Handle account receivables tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and monitoring outstanding balances.
  • Conduct debt recovery activities, collaborating with customers to secure payments and resolve outstanding debts.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, CRM software, and office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in overdue collections, account receivables, or debt recovery is preferred.
