- Handle account receivables tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Conduct debt recovery activities, collaborating with customers to secure payments and resolve outstanding debts.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems, CRM software, and office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in overdue collections, account receivables, or debt recovery is preferred.
