Job Responsibilities:
We are excited to present an opportunity for an Administrative Support Professional within the manufacturing sector. This contract-to-hire position requires a proactive individual capable of managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in administrative functions, skilled in inventory management, experienced in ISO compliance audits, and comfortable in a manufacturing context.

This role requires keen attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly in administrative and clerical roles, shipping logistics, and purchase order creation.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will:

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, generating reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring precision and efficiency in tracking and distributing materials.
  • Conduct ISO compliance audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work within a manufacturing setting, following safety protocols and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Manage shipping responsibilities, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and monitoring shipments.
  • Create and oversee purchase orders, collaborating with vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as required, such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Experience in inventory management and ISO audits is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience in shipping logistics and purchase order management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • A commitment to precision and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform under pressure.
