Key Responsibilities- Warranty Administration: Track warranty parts shipments, communicate updates to customers, and pursue reimbursements.
- Parts and Equipment Sales Support: Assist in accounts receivable collection, maintain CRM database and spreadsheets, and provide clerical support to parts, service, and sales teams.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate regularly with service, sales, and project management groups, communicate effectively with team members, customers, and manufacturers, and keep management informed of progress and account status.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate, interpret, and print reports, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
