Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for providing administrative assistance to management, including tasks such as ordering, data entry, filing, and answering phones.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the Administrative Support Worker will be interacting with customers, visitors, and employees on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including distributing mail, ordering supplies, and stocking inventory
  • Assist unit management with clerical tasks, such as data entry, record review, and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and directing calls as needed
  • Maintain office memos and informative postings
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, including voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office

Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
