Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and security of all individuals on the premises.
  • Identify and address security threats and prohibited items.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting individuals with inquiries and directions.
  • Effectively communicate with both passengers and team members.
  • Adhere to security protocols to safeguard passengers, staff, and facility operations.
  • Accurately complete screening reports and documentation in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Security Officer
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Thorough understanding of public safety and security protocols
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
