About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Real Estate and Portfolio Manager II to join our team at the Port of Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key business relationships with aviation and aviation-related customers and tenants, as well as overseeing all aspects of commercial, aviation, and cargo property assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key business relationships with aviation and aviation-related customers and tenants
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial, aviation, and cargo property assets
  • Direct lease and contract negotiation with various critical tenants/customers
  • Ensure tenants/customers maintain compliance with lease and agreement terms, airport rules and regulations, and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Assist in creating the leasing strategy for the portfolio
  • Perform financial analysis of various occupancy scenarios
  • Manage the negotiation process with government agencies or other parties for land acquisition/disposition
  • Oversight of building condition assessments
  • Forecast the budgetary needs of the portfolio
  • Prepare and present to senior leadership necessary budget requests
  • Facilitate the Airport's approval of all tenant projects for assigned accounts
  • Manage the Concept Approval Process
  • Coordinate with the assigned project manager and the tenant and resolve concerns that arise through the process
  • Participate and lead in assigned groups/committees or with specific entities or groups
  • Serve as a representative of the Port to foster continued collaboration and vital relationships
Requirements
  • Three (3) years of experience managing office or commercial properties, contract/lease negotiations, and handling tenant relations
