Human Resources Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Data Analyst to join our team at the Port of Seattle. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness department, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex HR datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Design and implement data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
- Manage all aspects of the Human Resources Data Compass website, including posts, infographics, dashboards, and embedded content.
- Provide training and support to employees on data-driven decision-making and business process improvement.
- Assist in evaluating existing HR business intelligence efforts and identify areas for enhancement and improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR datasets and ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
