Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth from new logo sales, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners at mid-market and enterprise-level accounts, understanding client objectives, challenges, and pain points to position our SaaS Employee Engagement and Wellbeing solutions as crucial business tools.
- Sales Performance and Forecasting: Track sales performance and forecasting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management using Salesforce as the CRM tool.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant B2B, SaaS sales experience, preferably in the HR tech sector.
- Sales Toolkit: Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior team members.
- Travel: Ability to work remotely with up to 20% travel.
