At Universal Energy Solutions, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in managing and growing our client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy requirements and presenting relevant solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with our sales support team to develop proposals, including pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
