Job Title: Donor Services Analyst

The University of Illinois Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Donor Services Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Donor Services department, you will play a critical role in building department strategy, utilizing best practices for data gathering, management, and visualization to uphold high-quality data standards for reporting metrics related to programs within Central Development Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of Donor Services in building department strategy and utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and build new reports and reporting strategies in support of the goals of Donor Services using Donor Services' software programs.
  • Work with Advancement Services and Advancement Intelligence to build and maintain systems for data analysis and develop new data sources as needed.
  • Analyze internal programs using CASE counting guidelines and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain internal and external documents for training and best practices, serving as the Foundation subject matter expert in the development of new training and resources for Donor Services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information science, or a related field.
  • Results-driven, fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience analyzing and summarizing complex data in a variety of formats and structures, creating clear, concise reports for management and other end users.
  • Experience with Constituent Relationship Management database or other databases.
  • Exhibits development program values of integrity, civility, collaboration, innovation, and impact.
