We are seeking a highly skilled Donor Services Analyst to join our team at the University of Illinois Foundation. As a key member of our Donor Services department, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining systems for data analysis, developing new data sources, and creating reports to support the goals of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Director of Donor Services in building department strategy, utilizing best practices for data gathering, management, and visualization.
- Develop and build new reports using Donor Services' software programs to support the goals of Donor Services.
- Work with Advancement Services and Advancement Intelligence to build and maintain systems for data analysis and develop new data sources as needed.
- Analyze internal programs using CASE counting guidelines and make recommendations.
- Create and maintain internal and external documents for training and best practices, serving as the Foundation subject matter expert in the development of new training and resources for Donor Services.
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information science, or a related field.
- Results-driven, fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience analyzing and summarizing complex data, creating clear reports, and communicating with technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with Constituent Relationship Management database or other databases.
- Exhibits development program values of integrity, civility, collaboration, innovation, and impact.
