We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Donor Services team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in building department strategy, utilizing best practices for data gathering, management, and visualization to uphold high-quality data standards for reporting metrics related to programs within Central Development Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Director of Donor Services to develop and implement data-driven strategies to support department goals.
2. Design and build new reports and reporting strategies using Donor Services' software programs to support the goals of Donor Services.
3. Work with Advancement Services and Advancement Intelligence to build and maintain systems for data analysis and develop new data sources as needed.
4. Analyze internal programs using CASE counting guidelines and make recommendations to improve performance.
5. Create and maintain internal and external documents for training and best practices, serving as the Foundation's subject matter expert in the development of new training and resources for Donor Services.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business analytics, information science, or a related field.
· Results-driven, fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience analyzing and summarizing complex data in various formats and structures, creating clear, concise reports for management and other end users.
· Experience with Constituent Relationship Management databases or other databases.
· Demonstrated commitment to the development program values of integrity, civility, collaboration, innovation, and impact.
