About the Position:
We are seeking an adept Administrative Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Director of Operations. This role involves fostering a welcoming environment, supervising key operational staff, managing student and personnel data, overseeing daily school procedures from meals to dismissal, and coordinating school events and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a positive atmosphere for students, families, staff, and guests.
- Assist the Director of Operations with administrative tasks.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing student records.
- Protect student and employee confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $52,000 Annually.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's or business/secretarial training acceptable. You should also have 3-5 years educational experience preferred, and proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Suite.
