About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support our HR Business Partnering team and be a trusted resource to all employees for any HR-related questions or requests. The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a similar role, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partnering team to manage critical HR processes, including payroll, employee onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. They will also provide new joiners with pre and post-onboarding information, conduct regional New Hire Orientations, and coordinate with hiring manager, IT, Employee Experience & Benefits teams to provide an enjoyable onboarding experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality surrounding sensitive employee data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
