We are looking for motivated, results-oriented Acquisition Solutions Leads to join our dynamic team. Acquisition Solutions Leads are the foremost authorities on Govini products.
They work closely with software end users, ensuring their success through workflow optimization, problem resolution, product customization, and collaborative efforts.
Acquisition Solutions Leads partner with Govini's Account Executives and Product team to identify market demands and user requirements for integration into Govini's offerings.
To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of people, a passion for technology, and strong business insight. You enjoy engaging with individuals and are dedicated to facilitating their success. You are adept in both large group settings and one-on-one interactions with users.In any environment, you focus discussions on what is most important for the end user and prioritize resources to meet their goals and needs.
This is a full-time role.Travel Requirements
This position may require up to 50-75% travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and allocate resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address the most critical challenges and objectives of Govini's clients by effectively mapping capabilities and associated business benefits to meet their needs.
- Design and develop tailored product configurations, including dashboards and workflows.
- Execute user support and engagement initiatives to proactively enhance product utilization through targeted strategies.
- Identify and resolve user needs using Govini's platform, creatively developing solutions to complex user challenges.
- Gather client feedback, highlight user issues, and elicit user requirements to support the ongoing evolution of the Govini platform.
- Act as a customer advocate, promoting industry best practices.
- Contribute to driving renewals and expansions.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in user support or end-user engagement, focusing on platform and product utilization.
- Expertise in key areas such as national security strategy, federal budgeting and procurement processes, and government contracting.
- Previous experience interacting with and supporting senior leaders in the DoD and/or national security sectors.
- Background in advisory services, software-as-a-service (SaaS), information services, analytic tools, or data analytics industries.
- Experience in market research and/or quantitative analysis.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to working diligently, strategically, and ethically for the business.
Preferred Skills:
- Current U.S. security clearance or the ability to obtain one with sponsorship.
- Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Familiarity with Product Management and Software Implementation.
- Proven track record in delivering end-user training.
- Basic quantitative skills, such as proficiency in Excel or R.
