Job Description

Job Title: IT Acquisition SME

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Acquisition SME to join our team at Organizational Development Resource Group (ODRG). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-award and post-award acquisition support to our clients in the DoD, Federal, Commercial, and non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist multiple disciplines in the pre-award phase of an acquisition with advice, recommendations, and document preparation.
  • Provide support to Contracting Officers and various technical offices in all aspects of source selection, including formal, informal, and vendor screening.
  • Assist multiple disciplined offices in all aspects pertaining to the acquisition post-award phase, including advice, recommendations, and document support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, such as Business, Computer Science, or Programming, or certifications in IT Microsoft fundamentals or A+ certifications, and five (5) additional years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of pre-award contract administration experience or related experience in contracting.
  • Prior positions that demonstrate knowledge of the FAR and DFAR.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires an active Secret Clearance. A government background investigation will be conducted on selected applicants to determine whether they qualify for access to classified information.
