Automation Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our team at The Fountain Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.

**Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop automation systems using CODESYS programming and Wonderware/Aveva SCADA & PLC development
* Develop and implement communication protocols and data exchanges using OPC UA
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation solutions meet client requirements
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation engineering

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience as an automation engineer in a biopharmaceutical environment
* Strong knowledge of CODESYS programming, Wonderware/Aveva SCADA & PLC development, and OPC UA
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
