Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calls, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to understand product offerings and value propositions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

This role has a hybrid compensation structure ($85,000 - $125,000 per year) including base salary and commission. This role is remote and must be located in New York state. This role can also be hybrid, reporting to our Charlotte, NC office.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Employee Recognition/HR Software Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product value propositions, engage prospects effectively, and convey information clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High proficiency using 6Sense
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
