Position Overview

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge strong working relationships across diverse business functions.
  • Experience in managing extensive datasets; familiarity with SQL, Google Scripts, and Airtable is a plus.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges beyond your immediate expertise.
  • Commitment to understanding, advocating for, and embodying the company's values and team objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation framework consists solely of an annual salary; bonuses are not part of our structure. Each year, you can choose how to allocate your compensation between salary and stock options. To establish your competitive market compensation, we consider market indicators along with your specific job family, background, skills, and experience. The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $240,000. Netflix offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, stock options, disability programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, family-forming benefits, and life and serious injury benefits. Additionally, full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days of paid time off annually for vacation, holidays, and sick leave, while full-time salaried employees enjoy flexible time off from the outset.

At Netflix, we pride ourselves on our unique culture and environment. We are an equal-opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and recognizing that varied perspectives and backgrounds strengthen our teams.
