  • Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and hotel staff.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local area, including attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
