Business Development Representative

At JAMES DEMMER AGENCY, INC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our State Farm team. With a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented professional to help us grow our business through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. You will work closely with our State Farm agent to establish and meet marketing goals, while maintaining a strong work ethic and total commitment to success.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing. They should be interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs and have excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. A Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are must-haves, which can be obtained with our support. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an Associate's degree or higher is required.
