* Develop a deep understanding of Jiffy Lube products and services, including oil changes, preventative maintenance, and other offerings
* Accurately capture guests' product needs and provide updates throughout the process
* Offer tailored solutions to meet guests' automotive needs, providing impartial advice and recommendations
* Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventative maintenance services

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube environment is essential
* Valid driver's license required
* Must pass a background check
* Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
