We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will play a crucial role in identifying sales leads, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
