Warehouse Services, Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated evening shift Customer Service Representative / Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will operate under appropriate supervision while exercising independent judgment to carry out a variety of tasks, both administrative and technical.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the daily functions of the WSI team, which includes managing the invoicing process.

Effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and the internal team is essential to ensure we achieve our customer satisfaction goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and the internal team.
  • Update, schedule, and coordinate shipments using our transportation management system.
  • Collaborate with account representatives to comprehend customer processes.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
  • Make and receive phone calls to customers and vendors.
  • Assist in managing carrier invoicing and collaborate with Accounts Payable on any discrepancies.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Be prepared to assist with any warehouse floor functions as requested by leadership.
