Job SummaryWe are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Care Team Representative to join our team. As a Care Team Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. You will work in a collaborative team environment and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to external customers and internal support to an assigned team.
- Act as a liaison between customers and team members; direct calls to appropriate escalation path as needed.
- Provide detailed notes on phone calls, and track and code documentation according to standard processes.
- Educate and inform customers about processes, timelines, and status of inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Resolve issues with one call/one-person responses.
- Investigate customer feedback.
- Track trends.
- Assist with developing corrective/preventative actions.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
- Organizational skills required.
- Clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
