Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Adult Oncology Infusion Center at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for education and support.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
