We are seeking a highly skilled **Office Administrator** to join our team at Dublin Helping Hand Inc., a leading provider of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). As an **Office Administrator**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by efficiently handling all incoming mail and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include managing and sorting all incoming mail, distributing mail and packages to the appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail. You will also assist with the preparation and mailing of outgoing correspondence, billing statements, and other documents.

**Key Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or clerical role.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
