As an **Office Administrator**, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming mail, along with various office administrative duties. You will serve as the first point of contact for various correspondence, ensuring that all documents, packages, and communications are processed and routed to the appropriate departments in a timely and organized manner.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and sort all incoming mail, including patient orders, insurance documentation, billing inquiries, and supplier shipments.
  • Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments and personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with the preparation and mailing of outgoing correspondence, billing statements, and other documents.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or clerical role.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
