Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Excellence Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs. Your excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients and clinical team members will be essential in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets our standards of clinical excellence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Stay current with the latest treatment techniques and best practices through ongoing professional growth opportunities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Current or pending state licensure
