Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operating Room Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surgical department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety during operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, reporting any concerns to the surgeon immediately.
  • Prepare the operating room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and functioning correctly.
  • Assist with cardiopulmonary bypass machines and maintain sterile procedures throughout the operation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current RN licensure in your state of residenceAt least 2 years of experience in an operating room settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience
