Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Promote the development of our business by providing top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about various insurance options, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
Requirements
  • To be eligible for this role, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of your employment.
  • A background in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields is highly valued.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
