Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Trinity Health. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on providing compassionate and individualized care to patients. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and family members
  • Educate patients and family members on care and treatment options
  • Understand and utilize computer-based applications, email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Recent clinical experience is desired
  • Current CPR certification
