About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outpatient Business Development Representative to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our outpatient facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in our outpatient facilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
