Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Feufo Inc.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Description

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong technical support skills and excellent customer service abilities.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and effective solutions to their technical issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers in connecting hardware devices to smart applications.
  • Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
