Customer Service Specialist for Account Resolution

At Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer advocacy group, you'll play a critical role in resolving issues related to our self-service experience.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading wine and spirits distributor, supporting customers through the entire order process, from submitting orders through our self-service portal to handling calls from our customer service queue.
We're committed to providing exceptional customer service, and as a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be instrumental in achieving this goal.
Key Responsibilities- Support customers in resolving issues related to our self-service experience
- Navigate customers through the process of submitting an order through our self-service portal
- Handle calls from our customer service queue
- Answer inquiries regarding customers' accounts
- Identify outdated, obsolete, and duplicate documents from customer files
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
