Among our flagship offerings is the Integrated Power Module (IPM), a cutting-edge technology that is transforming the way EV infrastructure is deployed.


The Integrated Power Module (IPM) is a revolutionary product that simplifies and accelerates the installation of EV charging stations. By integrating multiple power management functions into a single, compact unit, the IPM significantly reduces installation time and complexity, allowing for quicker deployment of EV infrastructure across various locations. This advanced module ensures high efficiency and reliability, making it easier to expand EV charging networks and support the rapidly growing electric vehicle market.


As we continue to expand our presence in the EV infrastructure market, we are seeking a Sales Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of our IPM and other innovative solutions, as you will play a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and leading the rapid deployment of EV infrastructure globally. The Sales Leader will be at the forefront of our efforts to revolutionize the EV market, working closely with industry leaders to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Sales Leadership:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the entire sales department, setting ambitious goals and driving the team toward achieving significant growth targets. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's long-term objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and application teams to create integrated sales strategies that leverage the company's technical capabilities. Ensure that all sales efforts are aligned with broader business goals and customer needs.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market share in both existing and emerging markets. Develop key partnerships and relationships that enhance the company's competitive position.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that AK Power Solutions is positioned as their preferred provider. Provide strategic oversight on major accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Planning and Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including forecasting and tracking key account metrics. Provide senior management with insights into sales performance, market trends, and future sales projections.

Market Analysis and Sales Campaigns:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Develop and oversee sales campaigns that drive market penetration and achieve revenue targets.

Technical Sales Support:

  • Utilize a deep understanding of electrical engineering to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team and customers. Ensure that the team is well-equipped to address complex technical inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Performance Management and Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor and report on the performance of the sales team, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure that the team meets or exceeds all sales targets and performance expectations.

Training and Development:

  • Identify and address the training and development needs of the sales team. Implement continuous learning initiatives to ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications:


Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A strong technical background in electrical engineering is highly preferred. An MBA is preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in a Electric Vehicle Infrastructure senior sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving significant growth and managing high-performing sales teams. Experience in the electrical engineering or power solutions industry is essential.

Leadership and Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team. Strong people management skills and experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Industry Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of the power solutions sector, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into strategic sales initiatives.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and professionals at all levels.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
