Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies to drive best-in-class unit economics, while maintaining product quality and timeline. This role will also involve managing vendor communication, sample development, and pre-production deliverables for respective product categories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive best-in-class unit economics, while maintaining product quality and timeline.
  • Manage vendor communication, sample development, and pre-production deliverables for respective product categories.
  • Identify, vet, and develop best-in-class electronics suppliers to support our product innovation pipeline.
  • Responsible for monitoring supplier performance and leading QBRs with suppliers to review scorecards.
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) with a focus on leveraging spend and COG unit reductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the commodity management, strategic sourcing, and/or supply chain disciplines, with a specific focus in Electronics, parts and components.
  • People management experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service, creating solutions and experiences that drive business results and engagement with the brand.
