About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at DPDHL. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition and management
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
