About the RoleWe're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a unique blend of digital marketing expertise and strong design skills to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and growing customer acquisition through visually compelling and data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to engage potential customers.
- Optimize our website and landing pages to create high-conversion experiences and enhance user engagement.
- Lead content creation and design for digital channels, ensuring all visual and written materials align with our brand identity and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure digital marketing aligns with business goals and effectively supports growth.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, experimenting with new approaches to drive growth and optimize marketing performance.
- Measure and analyze performance, assessing ROI and KPIs to refine strategies and maximize results.
We're looking for a seasoned digital marketer with 3-5 years of experience in the automation, robotics, or industrial technology sectors. You should have a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, as well as expertise in SEO/SEM principles, content management systems, and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Additionally, you'll need excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and design tasks simultaneously.
