We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Orange 142, a leading digital media and advertising company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales revenue and growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Manage and monitor sales pipelines to ensure timely and effective conversion of leads into sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital media or advertising industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of digital media solutions, including demand-side (DSP) advertising, social media advertising, and search engine marketing/optimization
