About the Role

As a key member of the SCA Health team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our revenue cycle processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving productivity, quality, and compliance across our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to teammates, serving as a first point of contact for employment-related and job function concerns.
  • Participate in leadership team meetings to problem-solve issues, performance manage teammates, and achieve key metrics.
  • Review and evaluate teammate productivity and quality, ensuring adherence to our QA Policy.
  • Respond to department and facility requests within a maximum of 48 hours.
  • Monitor teammate attendance and paid time off requests, coordinating with the team to meet business needs.
  • Run weekly productivity and aging reports, collaborate with teammates to ensure compliant account follow-up, and partner with the Revenue Cycle Manager to report results.
  • Delegate task assignments to teammates and oversee their daily work.
  • Partner with the Revenue Cycle Manager to handle disciplinary actions related to performance, attendance, productivity, quality, and other areas.
Requirements
  • EPIC Super User certification, 5 years of revenue cycle experience, and management experience required for in-house and remote teammates.
  • This position requires one of the following educational levels: Bachelor's degree and one year of progressive, relevant work experience; or an Associate's degree and two years of progressive, relevant work experience; or a High School diploma/GED and three years of progressive, relevant work experience.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Revenue cycle experience is required.
  • Flexibility to work from home and from an office, depending on the business unit's needs.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience is required (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be very organized, detail-oriented, able to solve problems, and multitask.
  • Must be a team player while effectively managing direct reports.
  • Must be able to keep sensitive information confidential.
Compensation

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
