Lead Recruitment Specialist

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team at Boston Scientific, the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a vital role in driving innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. This position emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to ensure a comprehensive and effective recruitment process.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage diverse talent pools.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in recruitment technology, particularly artificial intelligence, to enhance the hiring process.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the selection process, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment framework.
- Utilize data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes.
- Lead significant talent acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and advanced recruitment methodologies.
- Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse business units.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate various business areas efficiently.
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance standards.
