Customer Relations Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team at Kingsmill Resort. As a key member of our customer relations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining complete knowledge of all resort policies, procedures, and standards. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued during their stay. Your duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to guests regarding resort facilities, locations, and activities


What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
