Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
  • Providing proper guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyzing reports, and communicating needs with your team.
  • Maintaining room inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Administering schedule adjustments that satisfy all guest, associate, and financial requirements.
  • Maintaining positive customer and associate relationships through meaningful interactions.
  • Providing hands-on training, development, and coaching for technical and soft skills customer service approaches.
  • Supporting customer service standards that exceed guest expectations and directly communicating reservation flag information.

What We're Looking For:

You'll need to possess excellent leadership skills, basic knowledge of computer software programs, and a valid driver's license. Previous supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry would be a plus
