POSITION DETAILS
As a Sales Advisor, your daily focus will encompass the following:
- New Business Development: Broaden the existing client portfolio with compelling new coverage options, engage in new business ventures, and nurture prospect relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage the renewal processes for client accounts. Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and optimization efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Design and oversee client strategic plans and initiatives, including health and welfare planning, health management, data analytics, and voluntary programs.
- Professional Development: Enhance your understanding of benefit plans and regulatory compliance through meetings, educational sessions, research, and formal training programs. Provide thought leadership and share insights on new employee benefits and human resources tools, methodologies, and solutions to enhance practice.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Life, Accident, and Health License
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management or human resources with a focus on employee benefits.
- CEBS, GBA, PHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP Designation preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of employee health and welfare plans.
- Clear understanding of life, accident, and health insurance policies and their management.
- Experience or familiarity with health management strategic planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Epic or Applied Solutions is preferred.
