Job Summary

RWK IT Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, educating them on our services, and showcasing how our solutions improve business productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest in our services.
  • Qualify prospects and determine if they are a good fit for RWK IT Services.
  • Build and maintain detailed prospect records in ConnectWise CRM.
  • Gain a deep understanding of RWK's service offerings to lead initial conversations with potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Expert Relationship Builder: Strong ability to listen, ask probing questions, and build lasting relationships with new business prospects.
  • Sales Athlete: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a sales role.
  • Continuous Learner: Willingness to continually learn and adapt to the evolving IT industry.
